How do I add a new peptide?
Tap "Add Peptide" on the Dashboard or go to the Peptides tab and tap the + button. Follow the workflow to enter the peptide name, concentration, and category.
How does the dose calculator work?
The Calculator tab lets you input your vial concentration and desired dose amount. It calculates the exact injection volume needed and shows it relative to your chosen syringe type, with safety warnings for any issues.
How do I set up a dosing schedule?
Go to the Schedules tab and tap "Add Schedule." Select a peptide, choose your frequency (daily, weekly, or interval), set your dose amount and preferred times, then activate the schedule.
Does my data sync across devices?
Yes — if iCloud is enabled on your device, Peptide IQ automatically syncs your data using Apple's CloudKit. Your data is encrypted and stored securely by Apple.
How do I enable notifications?
Go to Settings within the app and toggle notifications on. Make sure you've also allowed notifications for Peptide IQ in your device's Settings > Notifications.
How do I delete my data?
You can delete individual peptides, vials, and schedules within the app. To remove all data, delete the app from your device. iCloud data can be managed through Settings > Apple ID > iCloud.
